Inclusion

Border States is a company of employee-owners from different and diverse backgrounds. We are committed to improving our culture; building an even more diverse, inclusive and equitable organization; and eliminating hurtful discrimination, hatred and racism.

We established a Unity Council in 2020 to help celebrate diversity and promote equity and understanding so all employee-owners can build a stronger foundation for Border States and the communities where we work and live.

Awareness

The council works to develop strategy and objectives, implement programs, create awareness and educate employee-owners as we work to address the important initiative of diversity, inclusion and discrimination.
